Refund policy

At Eireial Creations we are committed to quality products and gaining your 100% satisfaction.

We welcome feedback, both positive and negative as this will help us provide a better service and product. If we are not aware of a problem we can’t rectify it.

Product Refunds

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to the address below within 30 days of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund of the price of the product. Please write a return letter or e-mail giving your reasons.  Shipping charges will not be refunded (unless your refund request is received by us within 7 days of your receipt of the purchased item).

Refunds are not available for pre-approved custom items or digital downloads (see below).

Custom items, Montages, Albums, Photo Books and Digital Downloads

For products where you have pre-approved a proof such as montages, albums and photo books, there are no refunds available on any such custom product order.

Custom products are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless:

• a manufacturer defect is evident and reported within 48 hours (2 working days) from the date it was received;
• it was damaged during posting (a separate claim must be filed with the carrier and also must be reported within 48 hours after being received); or
• there was a processing error when compared to the pre-approved proof.

Digital File Downloads

For digital downloads there are no refunds available once they have been received.  Should the download fail we will allow additional downloads free of charge.

Incorrect Fulfilment

If the wrong photo is sent to you, or the documented order is incomplete, Eireial Creations will send the correct items to you free of charge.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is defective.  As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of the order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.

Refunds on Aerial Works Commissioned

If in the unfortunate event that we have to cancel due to unsuitable weather conditions, excessive wind beyond 32kph or heavy rain, we will endeavour to re-schedule with you, if possible.  We understand that some projects cannot be re-scheduled, if however you no longer require our services the 30% deposit will be non-refundable. If for any reason we have to cancel due to sickness or other, we will endeavour to reschedule with you, however, if that is impracticable then your deposit will be refunded in full.

Legal Rights

Please note that none of the above terms affect your legal rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.  If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
